ArtFire

Well, I've been hearing all over different blogs how ArtFire is. I guess you never know what's going to make it big, so I registered today and plan to list some more things there shortly. Color inspiration - Leaves/Soothing blues earrings

I started a new project for myself that I refer to Color inspiration... I basically take any picture (nature, architecture, etc) and extract the main colors, then I take out the composition and then I create!

First picture I used was from iStockphoto, I searched for green and nature and I got this:




So, after a little Adobe help, I extracted these colors:



And the result were these beautiful green earrings!

Starting up...

Well, I finally decided to start everything at the same time... Etsy shop (dropofsunshine.etsy.com Click here!), blog, married life. I also opened a new email account for all this craziness dropofsunshinedesign@gmail.com, so drop me a line to show your support. I just hope I have time in my day to get it all done! It's been hectic trying to make up my mind what to do (jewelry, of course), when to start (ASAP), how to do a little bit for everyone... one drop at a time!
